Staycation in Ponni's Grand Inn Check-in process was smooth. Bed was soft and comfortable with room amenities such as Water Bottle, Telephone, TV, Mirror, Table, Chairs, Mini Fridge, Laundry Box, Hangers and Extra Pillows. Bathroom was neat and clean with shower. Soap, Shampoo, Brush and Paste was available. Multi Cuisine Lunch in Chariot Thai Dinner in The Orchid South Indian Breakfast Buffet in Chariot Overall it's a relaxing staycation.

Overall Good experience and service. If you like Thai food, you can choose that, more of south east asian taste. Or else try Indian Food also available. Top terrance ambiance is good. Service person Antony has good suggestions for your taste, kind and humble.

The hotel is conveniently located.. Rooms are good and clean.. The day I visited lift was not working so carrying suitcase to 4th floor was not a good experience.. Breakfast was ok, not much spread.. 24 hrs checkout was a big plus !!

Just wrapped up my second visit at this property and I must say, that the standards at this hotel have fallen since I stayed here last, almost a year back. The rooms are pretty much the same. Quite clean and well kept but there is a sense that that they aren't paying much attention to replacing things which are old or to the keep up the place. Certain things like shower heads, bedside lamps etc are in need of replacing. Another suggestion would be to have at-least basic 24 hr room service which is missing at the moment. The quality of food at the restaurant needs to improve too. Wifi is good with reliable connectivity. The plus point is their staff and the management really needs to back them up and improve the infrastructure.
